Role Description - Head of Learn

Upstox is looking to bring on board a seasoned learning professional who can lead the company's educational initiatives portfolio. The Head of Learn , will be responsible for developing, planning and executing effective content strategies to maximise the company's customer base, enhance financial literacy of our customers base and drive long-term brand value.

In addition to planning, implementing and monitoring financial content delivery across all digital/physical networks, individual will be responsible for developing effective content of knowledge products and financial content delivery and education initiatives that are aligned with the business's overall targets, goals, and objectives.

- The requirement is for an experienced, commercially astute learning leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and an innate understanding of leveraging data and technology to build sustainable enterprise value.

- Strong financial literacy, understanding of financial markets, banking, products & services, Equity Valuation, Derivative Trading Strategies, Fundamental Research, Risk Management and investments is a must.

- Experience in content Planning & Strategy, Communications, Digital Marketing, B2C marketing and Writing & editing. Collaborate with the creative marketing, and design teams to ideate and define content goals.

- Developing workshops and learning models. Expanding the portfolio and reach of our content in regional languages - Experience in leading a team of content writers, editors, ensuring that they are able to achieve their KPI's and upskilling them constantly.

- Ability to collaborate with various departments by utilising superior relationship-building skills, interpersonal skills, and influence.

- Perseverance and drive manifested in a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever needs to be done.

- Effective communication and influencing skills; and a passion for education.

- Tolerance for ambiguity: Not being fazed by challenges, being able to structure a problem statement on your own

- High ownership: You would own the problem and have a 'get-it-done' mindset

- Iterative problem-solving: Comfort around iterating on a problem statement

- Obsession with process excellence: which translates to being independent and detailed with all inputs and outputs.
