Job Location: Head Office, Vashi, Mumbai.

Designation: Business Development Manager (BDM)

BDM- APAC Countries, BDM-Russia & CIS Countries, BDM- EMEA( Europe, Middle East and Africa) Countries

Experience: Proven 6-15 years in International Marketing

Industry: FMCG

Working Requirements: Business Travel for more than 15-20 days at International Locations as defined.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Job Description for International Location:

1. To generate potential leads from International Location and drive sales from respective regions.

2. To develop businesss expansion in international markets achieving business objectives especially for FMCG products through B2B sales.

3. Monitor effective implementation of international business development activities sustaining client relationship.

4. Have ability to work under pressure and deliver Quarterly, and Annual Targets

5. Develop individual business plans for each country build a strong sales pipeline .

6. Tracking financial transactions and liaise with Principals.

7. Open to travel at International locations minimum 15 days and reporting back in Mumbai Office to identify and discuss opportunities and develop strategic plans to enhance same.

8. Team player, can perform under competitive environment.

9. Well conversant with fluency in foreign languages like Russian, Portuguese, Spanish, Chinese, French etc is mandatory.
