Create Operational plan of Purchase and Logistical movement : - Achieve consensus for operational demand forecasts by facilitating a collaborative planning process with Logistics, Warehouse Operations and finance personnel, (Capacity Estimate and Optimum available capacity) a. Share capacity estimates and clear direction in the situation of additional Capacity requirement b. Lead the team of planners to execute the plans in co-ordination with other stakeholders c. Resolve the difference / delays / quality concern with respect to direct purchase d. Provide input to Customer Support - Manage product transition on the ground with co-ordination with various stakeholders - Ensure streamlined execution of promotion planning and exits a. Prepare and maintain relevant MIS and documentation. b. Share the OTIF / Inventory Norms / Forecast Accuracy / SIFOT with stakeholders c. Strive to meet and beat the KRA's - Improved relationships among planners, Logistics, warehousing & Logistics, which will lead to effective knowledge sharing and an optimal consensus forecast to better guide the company. - Refined systems and methods to continually improve forecasts so that the company can better anticipate customer needs. - Execute with excellence in the area of customer replenishment and feedback to the Supply Chain group the opportunities and risks regarding customer replenishment performance metrics.
