Job Description

Job Title: SME_MM

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Should have good knowledge of functionalities in SAP MM and able to review solutioning /process mapping done by MM consulting team during implementation /support project execution in the area of Material Procurement, Service procurement, Inventory Management and able to guide them functionally and technically.

- Should able to groom Associate consultants and make them self reliant for handling implementation projects independently.

- Should have good knowledge of corss module integration and able to help MM consulting team for mapping of complex scenarios/processes and support them through delivery.

- In the event of client escalations, should able to present and convince client and get buy in on the process mapped /solution offered.

- Should able to help presales team to handle client demos /system walk through.

- Should able to handle MM consultant team across implementation and support projects.

Minimum Qualification : Graduate - Engineering/Science/Commerce

Preferred age group : 36 yrs to 45 yrs

Location : Ready to work in any location in India & abroad

Essential Requirement:

- SAP Experience - 8 to 15 yrs (MM module)

- Domain experience - 3 to 5 yrs

- E2E Implementation projects - At least 8 E2E implementation projects handled independently

- GST Implementation projects - At least 3 GST implementation projects handled independently

- HANA migration projects - At least 2 migration projects handled independently

- Team handling experience - Played Team Lead role/handled team size of minimum 3-5 persons

Desirable Requirement:

- Degree- Post Graduate/MBA

- Certifications - SAP certification

- Industry experience - Real estate/ Construction / Infrastructure industry

Technical Competencies:

- Expertise in SAP MM and mapping business processes in the area of Procurement, Service procurement, Inventory Management and able to functionally, technically guide/help MM consultants.

- Should have good knowledge of cross module integration and able to help MM consulting team for mapping of complex scenarios/processes and support them through delivery.

- Should be aware of the latest technology/ functional upgrades in SAP.

- Ability to define org structure suiting business reporting and control requirements.

- Ability to guide/help MM consultants for process mapping, Gap analysis - RICEF identification, KDS finalization, handle configurations, RICEF requirement finalization, FS to Technical team, testing and delivery of solution.

- Ability to guide/help MM consultants for data migration strategies, roles and authorization and resolving complex issues during AMC support /post go live support.
