Job Overview - 

The candidate would be involved in managing end to end responsibility of operations for all the Pit stops(changeover stations) in his/her region

The candidate would be required to work closely with all the other functions and the leadership team to ensure complete ownership in managing the operations on the ground. He/she would be responsible for the managing a large team and ensuring that they are motivated while disseminating their responsibilities. Few examples of the work streams are:

- Deploying technology to revolutionize the way relay trucking works in the network.

- Develop new processes and provide inputs to the tech team so that the inefficiencies in the system are removed through technology

- Come up with initiatives to optimize cost and efficiencies in the relay network

- Ensuring that the wait time of trucks are within the specified limits

- Ensuring that all vehicles follow the standard SOP while on the routes and required documents are fully adhered to

- Optimum cost utilization for vehicles on route

- Help develop new clients by providing support to the sales team

- Ensure that the lifestyle of truck drivers(pilots) are fully monitored of and are in line with the overall mission of Rivigo - Pilot First. Take innovative steps to improve on the same.

- Adoption of technology with the ground team

- Deploying the right number of pilots at all pitstops. Ensuring that the hiring is done in a proper manner

- Build the right culture of Rivigo way of working with the wider team

- Analyse data closely to understand trends and opportunities to drive best asset utilization and better industry standards

- Establish SOPs to ensure that standardized processes are created and implemented across the organization

Qualifications: B.Tech with atleast 6-10 years of experience in core manufacturing

Years of experience: 6 to 10 years of work experience

Professional attributes:

- Hands on experience in implementing systems and processes

- Experience in improving operational KPIs

- Experience in working closely with C-level executives

- Strong communicator with experience in facilitation across all levels; skilled at addressing both large and small audiences across multiple leadership levels and functions

- Advanced use of all Microsoft Office applications

- Excellent people management and leadership skills
