Job Overview

- The candidate would be involved in heading specific initiatives that will effect in reduction of operating cost/ better network design/better service assurance/ improving on ground experience for teams/ solving people challenges on the ground etc. The ideal candidate in this role will be someone who has a zeal and has a bigger perspective to drive overall process excellence for the operations unit and drive teams across the network in ideating and executing the overall operations strategy.

- The candidate would be required to work closely with all the other functions (like Tech teams, HR team, Sales etc.) and the business leadership team to ensure complete ownership in driving the initiative.

The role needs someone who is enterprising to lead a project end to end by

Ideating and executing initiatives needed to improve efficiencies in whichever process he/she is responsible for: 

- Setting up reporting dashboards and establish review mechanism for performance monitoring

- Constantly monitor operational metrics and take initiatives to track performance outliers

- Co ordinate with the technology team for effective and timely roll out of initiatives

- Create SOPs for all the concerned operation processes and ensuring adherence

- Analyze data closely to understand trends and opportunities to drive better utilization

Qualifications:

Education: 


- B.Tech+ MBA from tier 1 campus

Years of experience: 3-6 years of work experience in similar role

Professional attributes

- Hands on experience in implementing systems and processes

- Experience in improving operational KPIs

- Experience in working closely with C-level executives

- Strong communicator with experience in facilitation across all levels; skilled at addressing both large and small audiences across multiple leadership levels and functions

- Advanced use of all Microsoft Office applications

Personal attributes:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- High energy, drive and ownership

- Excellent people management and leadership skills

- Hustler with go-getter attitude

- Have a strong sense of urgency and commitment
