Rivigo - Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

About the Role

Your role as a Manager - FP & A will require you to be responsible for Business Partnering, P&L management/delivery, Business Assurance, Financial Accounting, Reporting and Compliances. You will need to build financial models, forecast for the business and track relevant KPI's on a regular basis in order to achieve business objectives.

What You- ll Do

- Prepare and analyze financials between plan & actuals by demonstrating outstanding financial analysis, communication, interpretation, and scenario building resulting in improved business results.

- Assure annual plans and periodic financial forecasts, meeting goals and objectives stated by CFO & Leadership team

- Assure accurate and timely financial projections, forecasts, and analysis of relevant financial and operational information as required for Board, Executive Team, and other specific requests

- Ensure company's internal financial information needs are met. Develop and maintain relationships with financial services providers such as auditors, lenders, and Investors.

- Develop and implement financial reporting and control systems to support Business Finance and other business teams in accordance with the company's guidelines and financial policy.

- Analyze company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs and compliance with budgets. Issue regular status and ad hoc reports to executive leadership team.

- Provide strategic guidance around capital financing options to support company growth needs.

- Develop and coordinate all relationships with lending/financial institutions

- Coordinate with Rivigo internal functions and stakeholders for required debottlenecking, and problem solving. Implement and keep updated key SOPs commensurate with the size and scale of the business. Monitor adherence to SOPs and follow through on outliers.

- Responsible to infuse tech to make Finance processes scalable, minimize errors and make seamless direct connects with in-house tech, to make finance processes automated and accurate.

- To ensure consistently representation of management & financial reporting along with regional submission and delivery of management reports to the group

What We Need

Education

- Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance

Years of Experience

- 3 - 4 years of experience

- Prior experience in the field of FP&A only

- An excellent understanding of India's accounting framework

- A action oriented approach to problem solving approach with bias for action and execution

- A team player with strong leadership and project management capabilities.

- Ability to function independently, prioritize on a real-time basis and manage multiple stakeholder. An excellent sense of finance, planning and accounting principles and an excellent understanding of banking, treasury and commercial finance.

- Strong tech orientation and understanding of data analytics

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
