What You'll Do :&nbsp; - Draft, evaluate, negotiate and execute contracts such as commercial contracts, customer contracts, MOU, service agreements, vendor agreement etc. - Drafting of term sheets, development agreements, agreement to sell, sale deed, lease deeds, confidentiality agreements, vendor contracts - Drafting and negotiation loan documentation and all related agreement and transaction - Drafting, vetting, negotiating and interpreting various commercial contracts - Contract Management, contractual compliances monitoring and management - Understanding of land acquisition process including title search, MOU, registration of documents, mutation, review of lease deed on PAN India level - Provide contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externally - Communicate contract-related information to all stakeholders - Establish and maintain relationships by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters. - Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation - Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension or renewal, as appropriate - General corporate advisory
