Job Description:- - Planning, designing, implementing & delivering the learnings programs - Equip large and diverse teams with skills and mindsets to discover their true infinite. - Contribute in creating a culture where individuals harness their inner strengths, overcome challenges and realize their potential entirely. - Drive the learning need analysis for needs across all functions - Identify and articulate the learning needs which help in building capabilities in the organization. - Plan and execute deep learning programs - on skills, mindsets and behavior - to achieve the objectives as envisioned above. - Liaison with function leaders within organization to ascertain LEADERSHIP learning needs as per the organizational goals and create workshops which can deliver organization wide impact - Managing the execution of multiple workshops at scale while maintaining quality - complete control on timelines and deliverables - Measure performance before and after the workshop/learning programs to assess the impact. - Design and manage the annual L&D budget by estimating and forecasting entire L&D cost - Ensure all learning activities and materials meet with relevant organizational and statutory policies, including health and safety, employment and equality laws. - Strive towards building a culture of continuous learning at the Company and ensure employee engagement towards L&D initiatives - Developing, maintaining and delivering key Talent Development/Succession plan programs and supporting the overall development of capability across the organization. Support the Field BD & sales team in further developing the sales skills - Develop a good external network to stay updated with good L&D/OD best practices - Results focused; a consultative leadership style that builds high-performing teams across multi-disciplined functions that consistently meet targets and realize organizational benefits What We Need Education: - Graduation or Post Graduation Years of experience: - 15+years in L&D Professional Attributes: - Deep expertise in building learning capabilities - Coaching and mentoring senior leadership team - Using technology to ensure learning gets at scale - Ensuring learning drives the business for the future (metrics driven) - Ability to work with cross functional teams & build brilliant teams - Project management - ability to manage scope, creep, timelines, milestones, debottlenecking, costs Personal attributes: - Inspiring leader - Self-motivated with boundless energy - Ability to problem solve in ambiguous situations - Vision for self-improvement
