Job Overview

The job requires analysis and tracking of operations data and metrics to understand trends on MS Excel. A strong grip overall tools of MS Excel is a must, be it Vlookup, Hlookup, Index, Match. Working knowledge of Macros would help automate systems. The role demands to be data-driven and gathering key trends to be shared with top management (Cluster Manager and Zonal Head) to optimize costs and keep operations on track. The candidate should be comfortable working in an operations setup, a warehouse, in Bhiwandi (Mumbai).

The work includes the following:

- Keep track of operations metrics for the overall region

- Analyze trends and suggest improvements

- Act as a liaison with stakeholders to ensure progress on metrics

- Suggest and devise a plan for Root Cause Analysis of failures

- Be the go-to person for all data/metrics for the region

- Devise project improvement initiatives and drive them

Professional attributes :

- Advanced use of all MS Excel tools (up to Macros)

- Hands-on experience in implementing systems and processes

- Experience in improving operational KPIs using data trends
