Language proficiency: Candidate must be proficient in the regional language

Function: Field Operations in above areas (Part of Rivigo Prime/Full Truck Load team)

Job Overview: 

The candidate would be involved in:

- Driving operations metrices for all the Pit stops (Pilot changeover stations) in his area

- Driving pilot (driver) engagement on field for all pitstops in his area

Overall work includes:

- Driving operational metrics at Pitstops (Pilot changeover takes place here) in the area

- Managing team of Pit stop Executives & Managers responsible for Driver planning and availability for incoming vehicle, Driver changeover within time limit, Toll cash management, Vehicle inspection, Document inspection

- Ensure Pitstop to Pitstop transit time of the vehicles by ensuring no unscheduled stoppage

- Coordinate with operations & planning control team for placement of vehicle at client locations

- Ensuring lifestyle of truck drivers (pilots) are fully monitored and in line with mission of Rivigo

- Sourcing, onboarding, training of pilots on the policies, technology, safety, rules and regulations

- Conduct performance dialogues with pilots and resolve grievances within target deadlines

- Conduct Pilot sabhas and encourage SOPs are being followed strictly

- Keep up motivation & happiness quotient of pilots, ensure zero cases of unrest

Education: Graduate/B.Tech

Years of experience: 4+ years of work experience in Logistics/Trucking or related industry

Professional attributes:

- Hands on experience in implementing systems and processes

- Experience in improving operational KPIs on ground

- Strong communicator with experience in facilitation across all levels; skilled at addressing both large and small audiences across multiple leadership levels and functions

- Advanced use of all Microsoft Office applications

- Experience in handling contract workforce or truck drivers in logistics or related industry

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- High energy, drive and ownership

- Excellent people management skills (Understanding driver concerns and resolving them)

- Possess flexibility and have a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced-highly ambiguous work environment
