Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role located in Rajasthan, India for a Regional Collections Manager.

- The Regional Collections Manager will be responsible for overseeing the collections process within the region, ensuring timely and efficient collection of outstanding debts.

- Day-to-day tasks include managing a team of collection agents, setting collection goals, developing and implementing strategies to improve collection rates, and maintaining communication with customers to resolve any issues.

- The role also involves regular reporting on collection activities and performance.

Qualifications:

- Experience in collections management, debt recovery, and handling delinquent accounts.

- Team management and leadership skills. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to develop and implement collection strategies.

- Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with collection software and CRM tools.

- Bachelor's/Masters degree in finance, business administration, or related field preferred.
