Our Client, one of India's Leading and Largest Financial Services Companies is seeking Experienced Candidates for the role of Risk &amp; Policy - Mortgages (HL &amp; LAP) based out of their Mumbai office. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES - Formulation and Amendment of Credit &amp; Risk Policy for Mortgage Loans (HL and LAP) - Ensure that the right policies, product, and risk metrics are in place. - Framing and Implementing processes and controls to mitigate non-credit risks like Compliance, Frauds, Liquidity &amp; Operational Risk. - Ensure that credit exposure complies with credit policies, procedures, standards &amp; required capital provisions. - Responsible for providing clear, concise and objective guidance to Senior Management through timely reports. DESIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE - CA / MBA (Finance) - 5 to 10 years of PQE into Framing Credit &amp; Risk Policy for Mortgages in either Bank / NBFC / Housing Finance Companies - Candidates who are into Policy / Handling both Credit Underwriting and Policy / Previously handled Underwriting but have now moved into Policy are Preferred. - Thorough Understanding of Risk finance &amp; risk control concepts.
