National Risk Manager - Mortgages - NBFC

Job Experience :

Must have handled Credit/ Risk Function for Retail Assets (Mortgages, Unsecured Loans etc.) with Pvt. Banks or NBFCs or HFCs for at least 10 to 15 years, of which at least 3 years should be in middle management (Zonal)/ senior positions.

1) Person should be extremely conversant with e2e life cycle of retail loans and associated risks therein (Sourcing, Processing, Underwriting, Service, Collections, Litigations etc.).

2) Must have handled reasonable sized teams.

3) Should have had a good understanding of setting up Credit Policies, Manuals, Operating Guidelines etc.

4) Should be conversant in using primary loan systems and how these function eg. FinOne etc.

5) Should have hands on experience in data mining, analytics and publishing various dash boards and risk reports.

6) Understanding of Digital Lending space will be a definite added advantage.

7) Should be able to present reports and findings to Senior management and communicate clearly
