Risk Policy Head - LAP - NBFC (12-17 yrs)
Eligibility:
- 12 or more years in underwriting for LAP, as a product, with last 5 years in leadership roles
- Understanding/knowledge of governance practices, internal control systems & ability to monitor risk management activities/programs (and implementation).
- Extensive awareness of risk finance & risk control concepts.
Key Responsibility Areas:
1. Ensure right policies, product and risk metrics are in place.
2. Formulation of Credit Policy for secured and unsecured mass market loans (primarily self-employed).
3. Formulation and successful execution of campaigns.
4. Formulation and Implementation of processes and controls to minimise non-credit risks like Compliance, Frauds, Liquidity & Operational Risk.
5. Ensuring that credit exposure complies with credit policies, procedures, standards & required capital provisions.

7. Introduction of extensive oversight controls.
8. Responsible for providing clear, concise and objective guidance to management and comprehensive summary reports to various committees.
