Qualifications :

To excel in this role, you should possess :

- Outstanding teammate and good work ethic. 'Can-do' positive attitude and the ability to quickly pick-up processes and prioritize to meet deadlines

- Proven product knowledge of Lombard and other Secured Lending

- Proactive and inquisitive nature. Ability to self-motivate, resourcefulness and demonstrate good judgment

- Strong communication skills both written and oral with an ability to present findings and views

- Proven ability to work under time pressure in a meticulous manner

- Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically proficient in Excel, PowerPoint

- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives

Desired Skills & Qualifications :

- Knowledge of Market conditions

- Experience of direct interaction with auditors/regulators.

Key Responsibilities :

- Aspects of Credit Application review

- System limit input and authorization

- General T24 queries and control-based roles

- Ongoing Control Assessments and compliance

- Support of Strategic Initiatives and Projects as and when assigned
