- Book Growth by implementing new Education Loan policy and credit decisioning framework.

- Recommend process changes in order to improve efficiency and quality across the assigned area.

- Leverage in-house synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholders.

- Portfolio Risk Performance (Early Delinquency, NCL), Book Growth (EOP), Governance and Control (No adverse remark in Audits).

- Adherence to governance and control framework.

- Reduction of Risk Related costs.

- Build quality portfolio with all risk triggers within benchmark.
