We are hiring for the following profile:
Personal Specification
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
A thorough understanding of at least three of the following areas; -
- risk management;
- information management;
- records management;
- information/data quality;
- information/data classification;
- information/data privacy;
- physical security;
- business continuity management;
- operational risk;
- compliance; and
- internal/external audit.
- Understanding of risk and control concepts.
- Practical experience in analyzing data, drawing inferences, and making recommendations to solve complex business problems
- Highly proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and other MS packages
- Financially literate, with strong MI and analytical skills
- Graduate
Preferred
- Prior experience in Fraud Risk or Analytics
- Six Sigma.
- Audit / control background
- Understanding of Conformance testing and control testing processes
- PRINCE 2 or similar
- 2.5 to 5 years experience of working in a large bank or financial organisation.
