Role & Responsibilities:

- Managing risk and surveillance for Retail and Institutional Business in Equities and Derivatives

- Leading a team of people across risk and surveillance functions

- Managing exposure in Funding products

- Development framework, processes & systems and Enterprise Risk framework across the company

- Establishing Risk Control & Self-Assessment mechanisms across various functions; reviewing risk tolerance limits and implementing measures to address risk mitigation measures

- Defining risk tolerance limits of various functions and reviewing them basis risk appetite agreed with management and Risk Management Committee; performing audits of policy and ensuring strict compliance to standards

- Setting-up process and framework for capturing, reporting, tracking and rectification of loss events
