Risk Head - Construction Finance - NBFC (15-18 yrs)
Role- Risk Head- Construction Finance
Client- Large NBFC
Location- Mumbai
- Role will be to undertake critical reviews of Construction Finance credit proposals with a view of bringing out the industry, business, financial, management and facility structure risk contained in the credit proposal.
- To identify the collateral and other credit risk mitigation to facilitate the approving authority to take a decision on the credit proposal.
- The role, in close liaison with the risk analyst, is critical in enabling quick turnaround of credit lending proposals for construction finance transaction.
- The role is also responsible for overviewing monitoring of overall credit exposure to ensure that the exposure continues to be bankable.
