- To formulate, implement and run an enterprise-wide, integrated risk management policy (including risks in digital lending environment) governing the adoption and management of risks in the organisation and ensure its compliance with the view of maximising risk adjusted returns for the organisation in a sustainable manner. - Formulation of Risk policy, Dissemination & Adherence of Risk Policy across markets, managing distribution risk, maintaining loss rates within budget for all Consumer Finance businesses - All-round understanding of consumer loan products and credit cycle management framework, including regulatory requirements, consumer lending business - Strong understanding of unsecured retail finance lending and the existing business of the group which will be critical in underwriting a large customer base through surrogate parameters - Lead the risk evaluation and assessment of new products and services, and approve the proposed risk policy to protect from unexpected risks - Experience in consumer/ retail lending is mandatory - Should have an understanding of digital lending, data, trend analysis, score cards and behaviour scores
