Experience : 5-20 yrs
Work location : Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai (Based on Position and Level)
Mode of Work : Hybrid (3 days work from office / 2 days work from home. Eventually will become 5 days work from office which may happen anytime)
Shift Timing : 1.30 PM 10.30 PM
Role : Individual Contributor
US bank or Big 4 exp preferred
Skillset : Any 1 of them
1) Risk and Control
2) Operational risk, especially from Big 4 or peer group
3) Risk and control, US regulatory
4) Tech Risk (One or more certifications like CRISC, CISA, CISM, CGEIT, and CISSP.)
5) Control Testing, Internal Audit
6) Risk and control, HR ops
7) Experience in Risk Management or Financial Services industry or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
