Overview

The focus and purpose of this role are to work as part of the Application Production Support Team to provide operational and advisory support to the organization in the review, implementation, management, and evaluation of an Integrated Risk Management and Control program and to monitor the current quality program to ensure ongoing compliance.

Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, designing and implementing overall risk management process for the platform

- Assist in planning & implementing industry accepted Information Security IT standards & guidelines

- Attending review meetings dealing with performance reports, service improvements and processes development

- Conduct audits of policy and compliance to standards

- Check that all essential documents are implemented and complied with

- Assist in the development of business continuity plans to limit risk and prepare for disaster recovery

- Assist with developing an understanding of regulatory compliance

- Assist in developing an understanding of essential components of quality compliance

- Communicate using management lines on issues identified as concerns

- Provide written reports of any audits undertaken to require corrective action in services to the Audit, Risk, and Compliance

- Maintain internal audit schedule

- Advise the Manager immediately of any critical issues relating to audit, risk, and compliance

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications / Experience and Technical Skills:

- ITILv3 Certified

- Good knowledge of Service Now

- Good understanding of IT Production environments

- Good understanding of IT infrastructure

- Experience in handling different stakeholders with change, risk and quality management

Core Competencies

- Fluent in English

- Strong client focus - ability to operate at prime customer contact level typically at senior manager/director level

- Demonstrated experience in internal and external auditing processes

- Demonstrated work prioritization skills

- Demonstrated experience in meeting project/work timelines and achieving required outcomes

Desirable Qualifications / Experience and Technical Skills:

- Basic knowledge of

Major databases (Oracle, MS SQL server, Sybase)

Major ETL Tools ( Informatica)
