Job Description : - The candidate will be leading Business Information, Analytics Transformation &amp; Projects team in Banking and will primarily responsible for leading Business Information enablement, creation of risk mart, bureau &amp; partner data, data/analytics enablement tools &amp; technologies. - Deep involvement in transformational projects in digital/data/analytics with working with technology and big data teams. - Advanced analytics use cases to full, end-to-end data and analytics transformations. Work will be focused on improving the business &amp; risk performance with a combination of advanced analytics, tool-development capabilities, and process/ change management expertise. - The person will work at the intersection of technology, analytics, data science and traditional business knowledge working together as a lead in developing data capabilities of the bank for analytics. - Transform Analytics &amp; BI-DW processes/delivery by leading projects, working cross-functionally - Focal point for data SPOC &amp; analytics data enablement for Analytics function - Creation &amp; enhancement of Analytical &amp; data infrastructure by working along with relevant teams and owning processes and data as appropriate - Lead creation of risk marts, putting together disparate datasets and streamlining analytics flow - Leverage analytics&amp; related technology to deliver business transformations. Key role in shaping big data technology and advanced analytics mindset and capabilities - Create systems, processes &amp; work with technology teams to convert complex data/outputs into easily digestible action items within a business context - Work closely with analytics leads, data scientists, data engineers, technology and business leads to develop sustainable and scalable solutions
