Risk Analyst

- Risk Analyst with a leading fintech firm - Electric Vehicle finance and lifecycle management firm We are looking for a driven and experienced Credit Risk Analyst to setup and drive the credit risk management framework for our portfolio.

- You will be working closely with the Credit Policy and Collections team to help formulate credit policy framework, develop risk models and early warning signals, and implement and track key risk metrics.

- The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills, ability to work with large data sets and have a working knowledge of credit and risk within lending.

Responsibilities:

- Support Policy team in formulating credit policy framework and enhance existing processes

- Work with Policy team in setting up risk scorecards

- Implement Key Risk Metrics to monitor portfolio performance and performance benchmarking

- Work with Policy and Collections team in setting up early warning signals on portfolio performance

- Collaborate with partner lenders, credit bureaus, business partners for augmenting in-house data with external datasets to enrich credit risk understanding of the customer

- Monitor risk metrics and highlight any stress/trends and simulate on historical data to project impact on portfolio

Skills:

- 2 to 4 years of previous work experience in data analytics

- Proficiency in SQL, R and other analytical tools. Proficiency in MS Excel is a must

- Experience in the financial services / Fintech ecosystem preferred

- Display an understanding of product, credit risk, credit and collections policies

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strategic thinker with a networking aptitude

- Great multitasking
