Risk Analyst - Construction Finance

Role Name - Risk Analyst - Construction Finance

Key Expectations:

- Perform credit risk assessment, due diligence and structuring of residential & commercial construction finance/ real estate transactions (both new and enhancement)

- Participate in credit committee discussion and recommend the transactions for approval

- Ensure satisfactory compliance of disbursement conditions & coordinate with various stakeholders like technical team, legal team, relationship management team, etc to facilitate disbursements

- Conduct periodic discussions with Borrowers and conduct site visits

- Conduct periodic portfolio review and furnish dashboards to Senior Management, auditors and other stake holders

- Keep track of developments relating to the borrowers, industry, govt. policies, regulations, projects

- Cater to Pan-India Borrowers
