Risk & Compliance Manager - Plant

Location: Plant - Nuh (Haryana)

Designation: Manager

Industry: Manufacturing (Only)

Budget: 17-18 Lacs

Experience: 7-12 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure 100% compliance with all labor laws, factory regulations, and ecology/environmental guidelines.

- Own and manage SOP development and implementation across all plant functions.

- Conduct regular internal audits and ensure closure of any non-compliance issues.

- Act as a liaison with regulatory authorities (Pollution Board, Labor Department, etc.)

- Lead initiatives related to risk mitigation, legal safety, and ESG compliance at the plant level.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for plant-level policy enforcement.

Requirements:

- Industry: Must be from manufacturing/factory setup (automotive, FMCG, pharma, or metals preferred)

Strong understanding of:

- Labor law compliance

- Ecology/environmental laws

- SOP frameworks & audits

- Regulatory inspections

- Should be comfortable being plant-based full-time in Nuh.
