We are looking for Finance Analyst/Business Analyst for our Corporate office

Location: Ghaziabad/Noida

CTC: Best as per market standards

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyzing current and past financial data and performance.

- Preparing reports and projections based on the analysis.

- Evaluating current capital expenditure and depreciation.

- Exploring investment opportunities.

- Establishing and evaluating profit plans.

- Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvements.

- Recommends an action by analyzing and making comparative analyses, studying proposes changes in methods and materials.

- Improve financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends.

- Manage all activities to funding tie-up and financial closure, up to disbursement.

- Preparing MIS, Delivering presentations to help in taking strategic decisions.

Skill Sets Required :

Experience: 3 to 6 Years

- Candidate with smart personality and excellent communications required with hands on experience on Financial Analyst/Business Analyst in reputed Real Estate firm.

Salary Range: 8 - 10 LPA
