- Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision - Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products. - Monitor progress of the product/feature throughout the development lifecycle, identifying risks and opportunities, keeping key stakeholders informed - Proactively identify issues that impede business group success and providing solutions / recommendations. - Identify User problems/Product opportunities based on user behavior. - Engage with customers and internal preview users, and triage, prioritize, and address customer feedback for your area. - 3+ years of total experience, out of which 1-2 yrs in product management experience delivering end-user facing products and services. - Good affinity and experience in user-centered design, product thinking, UX design and innovating on behalf of the customer is required - Background in software development and Strong project management skills mandatory.
