As a SPOC, primarily responsible for managing Organizational Management activities and also support in other areas of HR operations Job Accountabilities - Validate and certify all vacancies through the due diligence process - Maintain and update a central database of RAG for all sites/businesses - Maintain and update organograms for all sites/businesses - Work closely with site OM SPOCs to keep OM data clean and updated - Coordinate with corporate OM team to implement required changes in the SAP system - Review existing data and process and recommend changes to data management practices and process flows - Analysis of critical elements of the OM structure and publish periodic MIS to all stakeholders - Conduct a periodic audit of data and process and highlight key areas of concern and scope for improvement - Implement new/revised organization structures in the SAP system based on business requirements - Resolve the SAP issues related to OM in coordination with site HR teams and corporate OM team - Provide manpower related analysis and inputs to other HR functions for decision making on hiring &amp; movements - Initiate and participate in job evaluation exercises for an addition of new job roles or modification of existing job roles to the job catalog - Provide HR policy &amp; process guidance to employees &amp; leaders for effective implementation - Support year-end PMS closure for GMS - Support for effective implementation of employee engagement initiative for employees. - Deliver consistent, effective and seamless customer facing HR Services. Skill &amp; Competencies - Strong analytical skills - Ability to work with large databases - Effective communication and the ability to influence various stakeholders - Ability to do multitasking - Knowledge of SAP HR - Excellent presentation / communication skills Education Required 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in HR function
