Objective:
To be the talent and analytics partner/consultant with all the businesses and HR COEs providing data driven solutions and recommendations on talent related problems in order to make efficient and effective workforce decisions.
Job Accountabilities:
Responsible for developing and executing strategic measurement framework and analysis, including research methodology, executive presentations, recommendations and strategic planning as a result of research findings.
Conduct analytical and diagnostic studies on HR projects and programs resulting in specific actions/outcomes and establishing return on investment on certain HR initiatives.
Transform data into business intelligence by generating relevant information and recommendations for improving organization performance
Help business interpret the workforce data in a manner that is insightful and actionable.
Build, facilitate, implement and track strategic workforce planning solutions for businesses and functions.
Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications):
Postgraduate in Human Resources from a premier B-School with academic distinction. Undergraduate in Engineering / Maths /Stats/Economics.
3 - 5 years or work experience
Strong analytical and HR background. Ability to link, comprehend HR metrics to form a logical recommendation. Must have prior experience in managing large data sets in excel. Strong technical skills in MS office (excel and power point) will be a plus.
Strong business and functional acumen, communication skills and drive for results.
