- Strategising & executing all Sales & Marketing strategies for the segment to achieve the set annual plan objectives for Sales Volume & Contribution.
- To drive sales by identifying required policy interventions, identifying new markets & customers segments and strategies to expand in new geographies and segments
- To set right goals for the team, guide the teams towards achievement, regularly review performance, facilitate thru providing policy support to ensure that required business objectives are met
- To remain updated on market dynamics wrt competitive landscape & customer expectations and develop relationships at industry levels for the required approach to market participation.
- Customer Relationship management
- Maintaining Interaction/relationships at right levels in big Govt & Corporate customers to ensure that business interests are met with a competitive edge
- To manage cross-functional interfaces and aligning them to achieve a business objective.
- Coordination with Terminal Operations / Load office / Logistics group / Commercial / Taxation/Legal/ Industry
