- Support the CHRO in providing strategic advice to the Executive Team and guidance to HR Leadership Team in delivering RIL's people agenda - Continue the HR Transformation journey - to deliver robust and reliable world class HR processes, policy and systems and an engaged and capable HR team - Help facilitate HR strategic planning among HR Leadership Team and manage delivery of monthly, annual milestones against plans - Organize and prepare business case, discussion documents on people priorities at CHRO, Executive Committee, Chairman level through forums like HR Leadership Team and Group People Committee meetings - Program management and execution of special HR projects - Design and implement communication on behalf of CHRO, ensuring consistent messaging, adequate timing and delivery according to communication plan - Develop key HR reports and schedules (e.g. weekly, monthly people report, quarterly snapshots, HR annual calendar etc.) - Develop and implement Annual Operating Plan for HR, working collaboratively with central HR COEs and business facing HR to meet the desired outcomes - Leading on the development of a culture of continuous improvement, introducing any initiatives coordinate with wider HR/OD initiatives and best use HR practitioners. - Benchmark against industry standards and define path for continuous improvement for HR function - Taking a proactive approach to people risk management, ensuring risks and issues are identified, addressed and reported and, where appropriate, escalated - Create a lasting brand value for both internal and external stakeholders by promoting a strong culture of innovation and implementing HR best practices by future-proofing our policies, processes, people and technology Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills) The ideal candidate will have: - Consulting skills including - Ability to work collaboratively to develop and deliver appropriate solutions - Organisation and planning skills. Strong relationship building and influencing skills - Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and information to a range of audiences and stakeholders - Ability to provide effective line management and / or project team management to achieve complex or high priority objectives, and develop others personally and professionally - Strong ability to work flexibly - managing changing and competing priorities and absorbing new information rapidly to address complex issues - Ability to apply judgement, creativity and flexibility to generate new and innovative ideas and approaches and to solve complex problems - Strong ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, to work collaboratively to achieve objectives Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications):&nbsp; Experience : 3 - 8 Years Qualifications - MBA from a reputed Tier I institute (desirable) - Graduate from a reputed Tier I university/college
