Short Description :

- The TAG Centre of Expertise Team has an opportunity for a highly skilled, versatile and team-oriented Policy, Process, Digitization and Change Manager reporting to the Head of TAG Policy, Process, Digitization & Change.

- This incumbent will assist in projects, planning and policy development activity as well be the support for the centralized change management processes required across the Segment and Function TAG teams in order to implement the vision for recruitment.

Long Description :

Key Accountabilities :

- Assist and manage strategic TAG projects on behalf of the PPDC team.

- Work closely with Head-Policy, Process, Digitisation and Change to devise project management plans for large complex projects with multiple work streams e.g. a digitization strategy, a new assessment model, development of PSL, across all stages (appraise, define, select, execute).

- Audits TAG processes across Group

- Support Head-Policy, Process, Digitisation to ensure an aligned TAG function across the Segments and the Functions

- Act as point of contact for interface with the embedded TAG teams

- Act as subject matter specialist for the review, development and implementation of TAG policies

- Ensure TAG policies and processes are being followed consistently and as agreed; assist in the change management requirements for Segment/Function teams

- Support in continuous improvement efforts and seek areas for efficiencies and effectiveness across Group TAG and digitization

- Support in implementing system enhancements where necessary to ensure best practice

- Train, coach or up-skill local teams in TAG best practices e.g. interviewing, use of recruiting systems, etc.

Essential Education Degree or Equivalent Experience :

- Post graduate in HR Management or equivalent

- Must be able to deal with ambiguity; work content is highly varied and requires flexibility and an ownership mind-set.

- Exposure to world class TAG solutions and knowledge of recruitment best practices

- Project and programme management experience

- Excellent communicator (both written and verbal) with ability to draft policies and develop compelling and clear presentation material

- Highly numerate with ability to analyse data and use data; comfortable with spreadsheets, scorecards, budgets etc.

Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Experience :

- Knowledge and experience of the recruitment market in which RIL operates

- 4-5 years of relevant experience in HR technology set up
