Job Purpose: To be a strong contributor to the development of new compensation and benefit strategies and review of current programs through creative input combined with data analysis and understanding of the companys future challenges Job Accountabilities :&nbsp; - Participate in coordinating and deploying annual salary reviews, bonus payout processes throughout the company. - Participate in remuneration networks and benchmarking surveys to analyze salary rates offered by the industry. - Maintaining the consistency, integrity, equity and competitiveness of the Companys salary administration program through effective evaluation and grading positions. - Conduct job evaluation assessments using a Hay evaluation tool for all positions - Maintain the Job Evaluation Database and procedures relating to the process by providing documentation and ensuring the system is updated appropriately - Work closely with other HR teams to design and deliver retention plan/ schemes. - Participate to the elaboration and deployment of the education program of HR, line managers, enhancing their C&amp;B and performance management skills to support the growth of the company. - Contribute to the education of employees on C&amp;B matters to improve employee satisfaction and retention Skill &amp; Competencies: :&nbsp; 1. Knowledge Requirements :&nbsp; a) Demonstrate financial management and budgeting skills b) Knowledge of compensation Techniques c) Basic experience in design and / or administration of C&amp;B programs d) Knowledge of HR Processes e) Knowledge of Performance Management Process, Job evaluation process Job Skills &amp; Abilities : a) Analytical Skills b) Interpersonal Skills c) Planning, organizing and coordinating competencies d) Advanced IT Skills - SAP, Excel, PowerPoint e) Excellent communication skills and cross-group collaboration Education Required - Post graduation with preference to specialization in HR Experience Required: 1-3 years in HR
