The role is accountable for capability development of HR professionals within RIL. In addition, the role would Head of HR Academy Job Accountabilities - Head the HR Academy team with a focus on developing Talent pipeline for Human Resources, Corporate Services &amp; Medical Services Teams - Partner HRLT for developing &amp; implementing HR Capability Road Map - Budget Planning for HR Academy - Define competency framework for HR, CS &amp; MS - Develop Career Development Interventions based on the Gaps &amp; Annual Talent Review - Design and Implement Capability Development Interventions for talent pools (CAPs, MT, ET, RALP, etc.) - Partner with external consultants / vendors for designing &amp; developing assessment tools / developmental Interventions - Conduct career counselling with the help of HR GLL /SLL/FLL Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills) - Ability to conceptualise and implement concepts of Talent Management, Organization Development, Individual Capability Development, Learning Interventions, etc. - Project or program management experience of handling large projects and conflicting priorities. - Thought leadership and partnering with/challenging HR and business leads to transform. - Strong track record of successfully partnering with senior business and HR leaders and ability to manage complex, senior stakeholder relationships, negotiate and influence. - Knowledge of emerging markets or proven ability to flex to new environments and contexts. - In-depth knowledge of RIL HR staff across locations - Trusted individual with good self-awareness and with high integrity - High concern for confidentiality and privacy of data - Upholds transparency and meritocracy through systematic decision making and communications Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications) Essential: - Post-graduate degree/diploma in HR - 9-14 years of diverse HR Experience - 3-4 years in the area of Talent Management / Capability Development / Learning Interventions - Has led high performers in a team Desirable: - Certified Assessor in Leadership Identification Tool Key Interactions: Internal: - HRLT - HR GL /SLLs, Business Leaders - HR COEs External: - Assessors /Consultants - HR Networks
