HR CoE - Data Analyst

Job Title : Data Analyst

- Generate daily weekly monthly quarterly and annual TAG CoE & segment performance reports

- Generate MIS reports/dashboards for regular review and action

- Analyze and publish time & effort metrics across recruitment function of RIL

- Analyze recruitment trends in Success Factor

- Data mining on Success Factor data base

- Reconcile SAP and Success Factor hiring numbers

- Validate and publish data sanity of Success Factor and report anomalies

Accountabilities :

Outcomes & KPIs :

- Deliver relevant TAG MIS & Analytics from time to time

- Publish daily weekly and monthly TAG dashboard.

- Publish special cause events in recruitment space

- Publish headcount reports across band & segments

- Publish adhoc reports as required by the stakeholders

- Publish reports from SF on KPI & deviations from SLA on real time basis -

Key Relationships :

- Segment /Sector /BU/MU/SU Head HR and HRBP

- Talent Management (Corporate and Embedded)

- Embedded TAG

- HROSA

Educational Qualifications (Include Additional Certification Required if any ) :

Necessary :

- Graduate degree in quantitative areas like Mathematics, Statistics, Economics etc

- Well versed on MS Excel should be able to write excel based macros and well versed with advanced MS excel functionality

- Sound knowledge of MSOffice suite

Desirable :

- Awareness on COPC, LEAN and other quality methodology

Relevant Experience :

- Type of roles (and duration) which an individual ideally should have done in his/her prior experience to be detailed

Necessary :

- 6-9 years of experience in MIS & Analytics

- 4 + years of experience on advance MS EXCEL

- Analytical & problem solving skills

Desirable :

- Experience in generating MIS and Analytics

- Stake holder Management.

- Experience in work force & capacity planning
