RIL - Associate HR Business Partner - Global Corporate Security

Job Purpose :

- To ensure end-to-end delivery of HR services within the designated Segment / Sector / Unit

- To act as employee champion and change agent and anticipate business related HR needs.

- To communicate business requirements clearly to embedded HR COEs and seek their intervention for business aligned HR solutions.

- To work in partnership with Line managers in order to assess the need for talent in relation to current business requirements including the need for specific competencies, knowledge, skills, and experience and work towards delivery of the same.

- To work closely with line managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.

- To own implementation of talent management initiatives.

Job Accountabilities :

- Ensure end-to-end delivery of HR services across the designated area of delivery

- Conduct Manpower planning for a designated area

- Take responsibility for Talent Management initiatives within designated area

- Work with Corporate L&D for delivery of Leadership and Managerial Academy programs, to meet designated area L&D requirements

- Ensure timely completion of PMS

- Coordinate onboarding, retirals, maintenance of employee data, transfers and other HR operations activities

- Own Employee relations and employee engagement initiatives

- Plan, organize and conduct employee interaction and communication sessions at periodic intervals for the dissemination of relevant information and obtaining group feedbacks.

- Provide HR Policy guidance and interpretation to employees and leaders

Skill & Competencies :

- Domain knowledge of HR policies and practices

- Good communication skills (verbal and written)

- Managing ambiguity

- Stakeholder management skills

Experience Required :

- 2-5 years of relevant experience post qualification

- Experience in generalist role preferred

Education Required :

2 years full time PG degree in HR
