Rigi - Business Development Manager - IC (2-5 yrs)

Are you passionate about the ever-evolving world of content creation? Do you have a knack for spotting emerging talent and building meaningful connections? Rigi is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our network of content creators, forging relationships, and helping them unlock the full potential of their content. This position requires a dynamic and proactive individual who is passionate about content creation and can effectively communicate the value proposition of Rigi to potential clients.

Responsibilities:

- Identify potential content creators across various platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) based on specified criteria and target audience.

- Conduct in-depth research to understand the content, audience, and engagement of identified creators.

- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential creators.

- Use online tools, databases, and social media platforms to source leads.

- Initiate and maintain communication with potential creators through email, social media, and other relevant channels.

- Build and nurture relationships with creators, understanding their needs and aspirations.

- Collaborate with the sales and onboarding teams to facilitate a smooth transition of potential creators into clients.

- Assist creators in understanding Rigi's services and benefits.

- Evaluate the quality and relevance of potential creators' content to ensure alignment with Rigi's client portfolio.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content creators to keep the company ahead of the curve.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach efforts, and conversion rates.

- Prepare regular reports and updates on acquisition activities and results.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field (preferred).

- Proven experience inB2B SAAS sales, lead generation, or client acquisition, especially in the digital content creation industry.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Proficiency in using digital tools and software for lead generation and tracking.
