Job description:
Individual will be required to generate revenue through new business and hunting for new clients in the BFSI space across the assigned territory.

- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Specifications:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 8+ years of relevant BFSI experience in a Sales / Leadership role that include consulting services sales, managed services, ITO, BPO and other technology services.
- Strong Experience selling to customers in the Banking and Financial Services verticals across geographies.
- Post graduate / MBA from a reputed school preferred.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Strong knowledge of banking industry trends and mechanisms to keep the knowledge base updated.

- Willingness to travel to any client location.
