Designation : Sr. Engineer / Asst. Manager - PPC

Qualifications : BE (Mech)

Department : Manufacturing

Experience : 3 to 8 years

Location : Alandi, Pune.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Coordination of PP, PE, planning & material management

- Adhering to QMS / EMS / HSE requirements by establishing & controlling processes.

- Preparation & control of dispatch & sales plans for all product categories in sync with order backlog, customer commitments & sales forecasts

- Supporting offer team for delivery commitments on HOT offers.

- Reviewing project milestones as per plan with procurement, production, and project management teams

- Review & publish order engineering plan to adhere to customer commitments.

- Review & control man hours calculated against orders & highlight deviation in budget if any.

- Prepare & maintain S&OP data along with sales & offer support team.

- Review & monitor progress of delayed cases & provide necessary reports to frontline team.

- Supporting spares management team with timely inputs & execution status of spares orders.

- Arranging factory kick offs for critical/ customized orders with support of order engineering team

- Review & monitor scheduling of orders in SAP based on Rolling plan.

- Arranging support to inventory management team for non-moving inventory liquidation, allocations & projections.

- Arranging support to NC & warranty management teams in closure of short/wrong supply cases

- Review & control of standard labor hours through time studies & labor hour calculators

- MIS reports.
