Job Summary:

- Ridhira Living Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic Deputy General Manager (DGM) Finance to lead the finance function across the companys hospitality and real estate verticals.

- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial planning, accounting, direct & indirect taxation, and corporate fundraising.

- This role requires close coordination with the leadership team to ensure financial sustainability and strategic growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Management:


- Oversee the preparation of financial statements in compliance with regulatory and internal standards (Ind AS).

- Ensure timely monthly/quarterly/yearly closing of accounts and MIS reporting.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across business units.

- Monitor and manage working capital, cash flow, and treasury operations.


Taxation & Compliance:

- Ensure timely filing and compliance of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and other statutory returns.

- Liaise with tax advisors and auditors to handle scrutiny assessments, audits, and notices.

- Keep abreast with the latest tax laws, regulations, and their implications on the business.


Fundraising & Investor Relations:

- Identify and evaluate funding sources including banks, NBFCs, private equity, and venture capital.

- Prepare detailed financial models and investor decks to support fundraising initiatives.

- Manage relationships with existing and potential lenders and investors.

- Drive due diligence processes and coordinate with legal and financial advisors.


Strategic Finance:

- Contribute to business planning, feasibility analysis of new projects, and financial risk assessment.

- Assist the senior leadership in strategic financial decision-making for expansion and profitability.

- Provide financial insights to support operational excellence and business scaling.


Key Requirements:

Qualifications: CA Qualified only Apply.


Experience: 815 years in core finance, accounting, and taxation, with at least 35 years in a leadership role.


- Proven track record in raising debt/equity and managing investor relations.

- Strong understanding of Indian GAAP/Ind AS, taxation laws, and financial reporting.

- Experience in hospitality or real estate sectors is highly desirable.

- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
