What you will be doing : - Accountable for generating qualified leads through paid marketing - Responsible to maximise Return on Marketing Spend, while meeting lead quality standards - Develop deep understanding of competition, buyer behaviour and industry norms to inform strategy - Monitor market intelligence and keep track on competitor movement and market situation - Define the strategy and manage of all paid campaigns. - Manage Google, FB, LinkedIn and all other paid channels - Define data and analytical requirements to measure and manage performance of campaigns, including customer-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and HubSpot landing page sources reports - Craft landing pages and lead-generation forms for our content to distribute through relevant paid programs - Design and run experiments to expand our reach and/or lower cost-per-acquisition - Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs - Optimize our marketing automation stack and lead nurturing processes across all of paid, email, content, and social channels. What we are looking for : - Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience - Managed budgets of upwards of $200K or more. - Strategic thinker with great analytical skill - A proven track record of successful marketing campaigns - In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google AdWords), retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more), and content distribution and placement networks. - Hands-on experience in handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results - Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills - Excellent organisational and time management skills Company Profile: Richpanel is the new, modern way businesses provide customer support.
