Position : Executive Assistant

Summarized Accountability : Responsible for providing high level professional and confidential operational support to the Managing Director (MD).

Reports To: Managing Director: India/Middle East

Location: Mumbai Head Office

Key Responsibilities :

Analytics and Communication :

- Prepare streamlined corporate communication and critical business updates to the stakeholders on behalf of the MD.

- Establish routines to track Departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPI) anticipate and red-flag potential risks and hindrances to the organizational goals, objectives, and strategic initiatives to the MD.

- Extensive Stakeholder Management - To coordinate with all Departmental heads for updates and MIS reports to be shared with the MD.

- Work with departments to understand business need and support in designing effective solutions & dashboards for the MD.

- Supporting the MD through decision making processes and act as an advisory.

Strategy and Planning :

- Panellist in Strategic Planning Processes like Annual Operation Plans and Long-Range Plans.

- Assist in development of a comprehensive, inclusive strategic plan and growth strategy by collaborating with the MD and Departmental Heads.

Administrative Support:

- Managing calendar and time of the MD effectively. Important to understand and sync with his leadership and working style.

- Circulation and tracking of minutes of meetings (MOM).

- Assess enquires directed to the MD and determine proper course of action.

- To travel with MD wherever required for business assignment, meeting etc.
