Insurance Product Manager - Policy Admin System
What you will do :
- Be the pulse on the customer and build products that transform the customer experience while inventing the future.
- Own the product roadmap and work closely with the business to determine the product priorities and vision.
- Work with cross functional teams to design, prototype, market test, iterate over, build, launch, optimize and grow solutions.
- Communicate and collaborate with tech and data science teams via thorough story documentation, designs, and acceptance criteria.
- Define the metrics that drive success in terms of product adoption, business goals, customer engagement, and delivery; implement and monitor them using a cutting edge analytics and reporting stack (e.g. hotjar, mix panel, google analytics, segment).
- Design and run experiments that push the metrics to further and further heights.
- Build and enhance product playbooks for the business lines you are working with, along with product managers across the organization.
Policy Admin System : The PAS is at the heart of insurance systems at any insurance company.
Role :
- Work closely with various insurance product managers (from underwriting, ops, accounts, claims etc) to understand their requirements for the PAS system
- You will follow the product management process and be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and implementing these requirements
- You will get a wholistic picture of the insurance core system and play an important role in the launch of new insurance product lines
Requirements :
- 2-3+ years of product management experience
- 4+ years of experience working with insurance systems in various capacities
- 1-2 years of building tech hands on
- Insurance background is a must
- Experience integrating with 3rd party services
- Work with a PAS system is a big plus
