Profile :

- Responsible for the corporate legal affair, make processes & strategies and should have an experience in team handling, worked independently and leadership skills.

- Litigation and Drafting of legal and commercial documents such as Plaints, Written Statement, Affidavits, Writ Petitions, Agreements, MOU, Letter of Intents, Notices, Appeals, complaints etc. Also acquainted with property related documentations.

- Creating legal frame work and policies to render support & timely advice to all functions.

- Ensuring & monitoring statutory compliance.

- Providing advice to management on arbitration, negotiations and alternative dispute resolutions, to settle the disputes amicably and with cost effective measures.

- Providing industry updates to management on common issues.

Note: Candidate should be from Real Estate, Infrastructure or Construction industry only and should be from north region
