Roles & Responsibilities:

Planning/Strategic :

- Preparing budget cost, strategy for branding and developing set targets and strategies.

- Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media.

- Preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programs.

- Organizing events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours.

- Analyzing how the brand is positioned in the market and crystalize targeted customers insight.

- Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning, and go-to market strategies and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to take action

- Establish performance specification, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.

- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns.

Execution :

- Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with a product like a strategy.

- Taking brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals, and strategies to match to the expectation.

- Liaising with and answering inquiries from media, individuals and other organizations, often via telephone and email.

- Monitoring the writing and editing of in-house magazines, case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports.

- Collating and analyzing media coverage.

- Monitor the market trends, research consumer markets, and competitor's activities to identify opportunities and key issues.

- Monitoring the team on maintaining and updating information on the organization's website and engaging with users on social media sites such as Twitter and Facebook.

Other Attributes: Proven working experience in brand management, Good Analytical skills, Negotiation Skill, Good Interpersonal Skills, Zeal to deliver on time, Good Team leadership skills, focused on achieving organisational goals.
