Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical / Non-Technical Recruiter who has hands-on recruiting experience with Technology teams & Sales/Business Development/Accounts Hiring. Roles and Responsibilities: - End to End Recruitment for Technology & Non-Technology functions i.e. right from sourcing a candidate to on-boarding. - Designing new recruitment strategies to match candidates with suitable job positions. - Source candidates from multiple channels like Job Portals, Social Media, Internal Referrals etc. - Adhering to timelines provided to fill in the open positions. - Plan & execute Weekend Hiring Drives to close open positions faster. - Source quality profiles on daily basis & ensure a full commitment to closures. - Help in promoting the company as the best workplace to attract more candidates. Requirements: - Master's Degree in Human Resources or any equivalent degree from a reputed college. - 2-3 years of experience in IT/Non-IT recruitment with a proven track record of hiring quality candidates. - Strong hands-on experience with sourcing skills through multiple channels. - Should have worked on niche technology roles like: Principal/Lead Engineer, Technical Architect, Java Developers, ReactJS Developers, DBA, IT Security, Data Scientists, Cloud, DevOps, Test Engineering etc. - Should have worked on non-IT roles like: Sales/Business Development/ Account Managers (SaaS/B2B/Enterprise), Product Marketing, Growth, Inside sales, SDR, Business Analyst etc. - Experience in bulk hiring. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to assess a candidate's viability for a position. - Good understanding of working as a team player & an owner and quick decision-making skills - Networking Skills using LinkedIn, Twitter etc. It will be fantastic if you can start immediately.
