Rezo.ai is an AI-powered cloud for Customer Experience (CX) for enterprises - we have grown 24X in last 18 months and our order book has grown by 2.5X in last 3 months. Rezo.ai has a marquee clientele comprising of large enterprises in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Automobiles, Logistics and Consumer Durables sectors, where we automate customer conversations across channels - voice, email, chat, social, WhatsApp and enhance customer experience.

We also provide speech analytics services to our clients. Having built a strong brand name in India, we are also planning our US foray in next 12 months. Our growth has been funded by Seed Investment from US-based micro-VC fund Modulor Capital along with Dexter Angels and Veda VC. About the role:

- Work closely with CFO and Founders on special projects of strategic importance

- Responsible for giving insights to management and help in strategic planning

- Support Equity Fund-raise for the company

- Focus on automation at zenith level to bring in efficiency in internal operations processes

- Process Improvement - Improve current processes and develop procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity

- Benchmarking and Analytics

- Interactions with Investors, Lenders and other third-parties

- Root cause Analysis of problems and suggesting improvements based on insights

- Support ad-hoc projects, presentations and analysis as requested by senior management

- Ability to independently analyze, lead, and present with very limited guidance is pre-requisite for this role.

- Work on the tasks / activities with highest quality and strict TAT

- Go-getter attitude

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

- Should be from Investment Banks / Management Consulting background

- Experience in Equity Fund-raising will be preferred

- Education background: MBA (from Top-Tier B-Schools) with 1-5 years of experience post-qualification

- Strong Communication skills

- Good understanding of basic finance concepts

- Very strong Excel modeling and analytical skills

Salary : 7-14 LPA
