Rexel India - Head - Procurement

Role & Responsibility :

- Should demonstrate high level of leadership and strategic capabilities to lead Procurement Function (Direct & Indirect Purchases) of Rexel India.

- Should have strong industry knowledge and experience in procurement/ sourcing of Electrical and Automation products, Direct & Indirect purchase.

- Expertise in establishing and maintaining procurement system and practices in line with organization goals and objectives.

- Should have expertise in Import & Export laws, operations, and documentation.

- Should have proficiency in Commercial Contract terms & conditions.

- Expertise in provision analysis, cost analysis and control

- High level of involvement in strategizing business with Standard and Non-Standard Suppliers.

- Should have experience in strategizing in reduction of Freight costs & DPO.

- Experience in EPC products and projects will be of value addition.

- Should have strong understanding on supplier identification and cost-effective purchase volume

- Experience into annual budget planning and strategic consultation to management.

- Experience in negotiating on vendor payments terms.

- Should have hands on experience in deciding for target of annual savings and methodologies for execution.
